You represent and warrant that your use of the Service:
The Service is offered on a subscription basis. You will be billed automatically at the interval you select (e.g., monthly, annually, or biennially) on a pre-payment basis until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team.
If you add additional recording licenses after the start of your subscription term, you must pay the Company in advance for these licenses. The fees will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for the remaining months of the current term, and payment must be made before these users gain access to the Service.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise or as permitted by law, all fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. You are responsible for paying all applicable Taxes related to your use of the Service, payments, or purchases. If we are required to collect or pay Taxes on your behalf, you are responsible for these Taxes, and we may collect the corresponding amount from you.
If your payment is declined, not made on time, or deemed fraudulent (e.g., if you dispute the charge with your bank or credit card company), we may immediately suspend or revoke your access to the Service without prior notice.
We value your feedback and are always striving to improve our Service. By sharing your comments, ideas, or suggestions with us, you agree that we may use them freely without any restrictions or obligation to compensate you.
You retain ownership of your data. Subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, we grant you a personal, limited, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, and revocable license to access and use the Service in accordance with these Terms. This license is solely for the purpose of enabling you to use and enjoy the Service. Using the Service does not grant you any rights or licenses to reproduce or use any Echow or third-party trademarks.
Customers may terminate their agreement with Echow only at the end of their contract term, as specified in their subscription or service agreement. Echow reserves the right to terminate services if a Customer materially breaches the terms and conditions of the agreement. In such cases, Echow will provide written notice of the breach and, where applicable, a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue before proceeding with termination. Echow will continue to provide services to Customers with an active, unexpired contract unless otherwise stated in the agreement. Unless terminated as outlined in this agreement, Echow remains committed to delivering the agreed-upon services for the duration of the contract term.
Our Service is provided "as is." The Company, along with its suppliers and licensors, disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Neither the Company nor its suppliers and licensors guarantee that the Service will be free of errors or that access will be uninterrupted or continuous.
These Terms were originally drafted in English (US). While we may provide translations of these Terms into other languages, the English version will prevail in the event of any conflict or discrepancy between the translated version and the original English version.
We may update, modify, or discontinue any aspect of our Service at any time. As part of ongoing updates, we may also need to revise the legal terms governing the Service. This Agreement may only be modified through a written amendment signed by an authorized executive of the Company or by posting a revised version.
When changes occur, we’ll update the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after the new terms become effective indicates your acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with the changes, you should stop using the Service.
